How does Linguabee screen its service providers?

When a service provider signs up with us, they are required to complete their profile, stating their credentials, experience, and skills. If they are certified or licensed through the state, the national certifying body such as Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID), Educational Interpreter Performance Assessment (EIPA), Board for Evaluation of Interpreters (BEI), which will be verified by Linguabee. Upon verification, they will be allowed to bid on assignments through Linguabee.

If a service provider does not hold a state licensure or certification through the national certifying body, they will be interviewed by Linguabee's staff to verify the interpreter's experience such as training such as taking workshops and interpreter training program, skills, and knowledge, subject to approval.
