After each assignment through Linguabee, an e-mail will be sent to the requester/consumer for feedback and a rating.
If the assigned service provider is rated 4 or 5 stars, the requester/consumer will also have an opportunity to leave feedback or a comment.
If rated 1 to 3 stars, the requester will be taken to a page, asking which areas need improvement. The areas for feedback are accuracy, professionalism, delivery, cultural sensitivity, punctuality, or other. They will have an opportunity to leave feedback as well.
