What is your cancellation policy?

If a request is cancelled than 48 hours prior of the requested service date, you may bill for 100% of the scheduled time unless specified otherwise. 

Why does Linguabee have one? 

Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure that service providers, who book the time in their schedules for requests, are fairly compensated for the time they dedicate to the requests.

If a request is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, 100% of the time is billable.

All requests will have a scheduled appointment time documented in the request and be confirmed by both the requestor and the interpreter to qualify for the cancellation fee.

Services cannot be billed if a service provider cancels their bid.
