When you place a bid on a request, you have the option to indicate that you will include additional expenses in your invoice, which include mileage, parking, tolls, and any other costs that were incurred during the assignment. It is at the requestor’s discretion to accept the bid with the additional estimated expenses or not.
If a requestor accepts your bid with the expenses, then you may include them in your invoice.
Note: Some requests exclude the standard terms. When non-standard terms apply, the terms will be explicitly listed in the job email and the website. You will have an opportunity to review the terms before expressing your interest.
